I thought this was such a fun idea and hope you will all play. I copied this from Erin Millers blog. She always has such fun and amazing post. Here are the rules:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I (or you and Kris) had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! Nothing too embarrassing please. :)
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. I can't wait to see what people remember.

Wow, I get to be first, this is fun. My memory is Kirtland. Lindsay and I served in Kirtland together. I was a bit nervous, because I was asked to train her and I assumed she was nervous because she was coming to the actual mission field. We had many a days sweating in the insane humidity of Ohio and walking the streets of Kirtland trying to at least contact 1 or 2 people in our couple hours we were not giving tours. We would recite scriptures and the discussions as we walked, trying to help Lindsay pass off her goals regarding the discussions.
Lindsay, you always had a great attitude. Anyone who served a mission knows it is tough, but I really appreciated your positive attitude and willingness to jump in, try and concur. Kirtland still holds such a special place in my heart and you will always be part of that. I feel so blessed to have served there and terstified to hundreds amount the sacred events that took place there. Thank you for the great memories of serving the Lord together as well as the laughs and fun times we had a long the way! :)
I have been thinking back on everything...and I have so many!!! But I will be brief since my child is destroying my parents house at this very moment...the one that sticks out the most is summed up in 1 word...FINDLAY....yes...Findlay...I think that is the most vivid time of my mission from crazy scary happenings to phase 10 :) and driving to mission things...and the last one just makes me laugh but when you were an EFY counselor and we ran into each other on BYU campus...and the loudest reunion ever! My little sister still laughs about it...the yelling of our names and slow motion running towards each others :) Oh I love you!!! Such a fun post!
I have lots of memories of Lindsay seeing how you are my cousin and I've known you for, well, forever. I can't really think of one major specific memory that stands out. My over all memory of Lindsay is that you are just always so happy and upbeat. You go with the flow and do your best and keep things positive. You are great!
Also you are a good story teller. There are a number of Bairds that have that great story-telling knack. (I am not one), You ARE one of them.
Funny, I was going to write pretty much the same thing as Ashley. You really are a great story teller! You are so animated and it catches and keeps everyones attention! I always love talking to you too, because you make me feel like your best friend... which is how you make everyone feel!
Also I was always so excited for our vacations to Utah to come play with you, Amy, and Steph.
For those of you who don't know, Kris use to do manual labor pulling weeds and planting flowers w/ Joa B. The best work outing we had was up in Heber, UT. We had just eaten lunch at the Pizza Hut buffet and were about 1/2 an hour into post lunch labor when all of a sudden all of us were feeling the effects of the pizza. Instead of finding a restroom or port-o-pot nearby, we drove all the way home to flush the pizza out and decided to call it a day. A very productive day of manual labor for sure. Holt
