Fix a grummpy!

This little girl got up on the wrong side of the bed! She is super tiered. All she wanted to do was watch Rio with her bear! It was a fix, I don't know a good one or a long term one, but hey for now it works!

Birthday Boy!

Happy Birthday Kris! Best Husband EVER!
Totally "That" lady at the grocery store today! Holding the crying baby, one running wild and the other crying cause I smacked her in the head with the mustered (not on purpose) my basket too full to put any kids in it! All the ladies in line behind me trying to keep my kids happy and out of everything! Nice! Love those days!
Kris wanted a yellow cake with chocolate frosting!
Happy 39!
Out of all the ideas I gave him for his birthday he wanted to say home and have poppy seed chicken for dinner, fruit and then cake and ice cream.
The girls were most excited about the poppers and then the balloon release!
Sure love this guy and everything he is!

I do have other pics to upload from his birthday, These are just the insagram photos.

Valentines Day!

Can I just say.... I LOVE holidays!
As a mom it's one of the funnest things for me! I love taking any opportunity to have a party. How fun is it to throw a party and show those around you how much you love them! The girls were so cute! I have told them over and over that if they help with the tasks that are not all that fun, then they can totally help with the really fun tasks! They jumped right in and got the house all cleaned up and were thrilled to help with the set up and the treats and all of the fun stuff! Here was our set up...

The Girls were so dang cute! They were SO excited! Molly just kept standing at the table and would just stare. She kept hugging my leg and telling "You're the best mommy ever!" Let's not forget that it was her just the other day telling me "You are making me have a horrible day" "You are making me really mad right now." Let's just say I was so happy to hear I wasn't the worst mom ever. I hear and feel that almost daily!
Stella kept saying "It's so beautiful. I think I'm going to cry!" Yes we are a little dramatic here in our house! They get it form their dad! LOL!

At the end of dinner I had a gift for each of the girls. I wrapped them in paper bags with doilies and pink twin. Maybe it was just the sugar, but Man the girls just thought this was the best night ever! Nora was more interested in eating the bag and cried when I finally took it away when the bag started to fall apart.

The girls got a swim suit, a little summer dress and Molly and Stella both got sunglasses. They honestly couldn't have been more excited! They ran right in and put their swim suits on and the dress over. They flaunted around singing some silly "I'm Stylish, oh yeah, I'm stylish, you know it, oh yeah..." They were so funny! Really they were thrilled. I love seeing my family so happy and having so much fun together. Honestly I won't say that life after the party has been perfect, but they have been such good girls "exceptionally good" for them, since the party. I think they just needed to see the fun side of mom again, know that they are important, and have some fun together.

Best Baby!

We were at the grocery store and she was so quiet. When I looked down she was just looking at me with those big blue eyes. Man, I love her!

Happy Valentines Day!

The girls Valentines for their class!
Good morning! Lets celebrate!
For valentines I wanted to make my girls feel special!
I hung balloons outside their doors so they woke up to something fun.
Breakfast was a chocolate rimmed glass for milk with a floating heat with heart pancakes and strawberries!
Lunch was chocolate milk, pink pudding, heart sandwiches heart cheese with apples and strawberries and then a pink hostess cupcake to top it off!

Love this sweet baby!

I love this baby! She just folded up like a little koala bear and drank her bottle with daddy!

Molly's Jan Home Talk.

As part of Molly's homework, her teacher sends home what she calls "Home talks" each month. It is a sheet that just states what they are talking about in school and encourages you to talk to your child about that topic over the next month and then your child can draw a picture, write a story take a picture or anything to share with the class what they have discussed in their home about that subject. Jan was "Everyday Hero's".
Molly and I sat at the table and talked about hero's and what that meant and then about "True Everyday Hero's" being those that she looked up to. Those that taught her great things. I asked who her "Everyday Hero's" were and she came up with 2. Daddy, and Grandma. I asked her why she thought that they were her hero's and what she came up with was all of the amazing stuff her dad does for her. Everyday he works so hard to take care of and love her. She thought Grandma was a hero because she went to Japan and loves the people there, even though she can't always understand what they are saying. She tries new things everyday, even thought they might be scary for her. Here was the picture that she drew to share with her class.

It says...
"I think my dad is my hero because he does stuff for me." Dad
"I think my grandma is my hero because she gets to go to Japan."
How sweet is that?

Paint the day RED!

This is how today started... spilled milk and cereal and I found a bunch of wrappers shoved under the couch from the mini goldfish packs (for valentines day). Now I get to go buy more! Nice!
And this is how the day ended! With one painted red child, ruined towels, ruined clothes (that she used to wipe it up off the carpet). There was a call to the carpet cleaners and we're hoping that he can save the carpet. Kind of how the day went all the way around! Really I turned my head for 5 min. I was on the phone with my mom and couldn't hear her over all the crying and tugging on my leg so I walked into the other room. When I looked out this is what I found.
